Shipping policy

At PakDeal.Store, we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message/email
2. Shipping Time
After processing, estimated delivery time is:
- Local (Pakistan): 2–5 business days
- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (or)
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or minimum order value (if applicable)
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience.
- COD is available in most cities of Pakistan
- Please ensure correct address and contact number for smooth delivery
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking ID via SMS or email
- You can track your order using the courier tracking system
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please provide correct and complete address at checkout
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information
- If the parcel is returned, re-shipping charges may apply
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 24–48 hours
- We will investigate with the courier service and assist you accordingly
